Brandywine is an established 55+ gated community located in Fort Myers, Florida with 351 attached villas
and condominiums built between 1983 and 1988. Brandywine is one of the few communities in
South Florida that has a 55+ age restriction, providing the exclusivity that active adults are looking for today. Homebuyers are drawn to Brandywine for its affordable housing and active lifestyle. Residents take advantage of two outdoor pools, multiple tennis and shuffleboard courts, and an exercise room to keep up with their physical health. Brandywine's intimate community is designed for active adults aged 55 or better. Most of the social scene at Brandywine takes place in the clubhouse. The clubhouse also has an exercise room where residents attend fitness classes like low-impact training or workout on their own.
